To augment transmission capacity
for power exchange between Côte
d'Ivoire and Ghana
Project Status
The Draft of the bidding documents
were adopted in June 2016. The Final Documents including comments
of stakeholders are being finalized. During the consultation meeting on
12 May 2016 between GRIDCo, CI-ENERGIES, EIB, KfW and the
WAPP, the EIB and KfW indicated that funding will be sucured in
2017. The project commissioning is expected in 2020
