To close northern transmission
loop in Ghana as pre-condition for
Ghana - Burkina Faso - Mali
interconnection
Project Status
The construction of the 161 kV Tumu Substation and
161 kV Tumu-Han-Wa transmission line was energized on February 3,
2015. Installation of SCADA/Communication equipment at the 161 lkV
Sawla, Wa and Tumu Substations was completed and the facilities
were commissioned
